Rental Rates
Penrhiw is great for families and small or large groups with a discount for short breaks and groups of 6 or less. You can rent Penrhiw for as little as £925 a week with school holidays etc priced as below
Short Breaks
Email, call or txt about that birthday party, anniversary or walking holiday, prices vary depending on the time of year. If we do not have a booking before or after yours we offer earlier check in and later check out times.

Rental rates are for the entire property.

There is no charge for WiFi, electricity, heating, hot water or pets
In addition to a welcome pack with a few local products you will find at Penrhiw
- Charcoal for the barbeque
- Fire lighters
The preferred method of payment is by cheque or electronic transfer. Bank details will be provided on request
If you need to cancel your booking we will use our best efforts to obtain a replacement letting, if we are successful we will refund to you less any admin costs (if any). If we are unable to relet Penrhiw the deposit will be retained together with the balance (if paid). We would recommend you take out travel insurance to cover this possibility.
Damage Deposit
We take a damage deposit of £200 for groups with no children
